IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

BOOKING

You can book your senior session up to 4-6 weeks in advance. As for what time of year you want to do them, that is entirely up to you and what season you'd prefer. The most popular months are October, November, March, and early April. If you are wanting to use the images for graduation invitations, I highly recommend doing the session no later than the first week of April.

WE CHASE THE BEST LIGHT

For outdoor senior sessions, we need to time the session for the best lighting. That means I do almost all senior sessions about 1.5 hours before sunset. Studio sessions can be done at pretty much any time of day. Sessions are typically scheduled for Monday-Friday.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

outfits

Senior sessions can include up to 3 outfits. I recommend something classic (either casual or dressy) and something interest or sport related. Many grads also like to bring their cap and gown for a few images.

Location

I have a variety of available locations in the DeKalb, Marshall, and Jackson county areas. There is a session questionnaire for you to fill out that will help us narrow down our options and allow me to provide you with a specific list of great locations to choose from.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

after the session

Within 3 days you'll receive your proofing gallery of roughly 30-50 (partially edited) images. From this gallery, you'll choose the 20 images be edited for your download. You are absolutely welcome to purchase more at a rate of $5 per image.

custom designed invitations

I offer professionally printed graduation invitations and thank you cards. You choose the images you want included and I'll show you multiple design options to choose from that will highlight your style. Invitations are double-sided and include envelopes.
